Below is an overview with calendar of a past Nature Day event. Mark your calendars, we have tentatively scheduled (get on our newsletter to stay in the loop), two Nature Day events in Summer — June 20th & July 6th, 2019. This year we will also add a sleepover Nature Day and Night with stargazing and other educational activities on Oct. 19th – 201th.
We have a series Nature Day Camps coming up this Summer and we’re looking forward to once again seeing the bundle of young faces on our beautiful grounds along the Washougal River. What a great way for kids to unplug from computers and phones and enjoy the beautiful wooded grounds, foliage, wild life, and the scenic river that runs through it. Usually, Day Camps run 10am to 2pm and lunch is served!
This will be the 6th annual Nature Explorer day camps, so we thought you’d like to see some pictures below of past camps. Kiwanis Camp Wa-Ri-Ki is about 30 minutes from North Portland, OR, to the northwest of Washougal, WA.
The complete Camp address is 17051 Washougal River Rd, Washougal, WA 98671 <– click to get a map.
Pick a date, and Register on our registration page. Cost is just $10 for up to 5 people, so plan a caravan…
