Kiwanis Camp Wa-Ri-Ki is in preparation to host its 3rd annual Nature Explorer Event. There are a total of three events being held this summer. The First Nature Explorer opportunity will be on Wednesday July 27th. We have invited Vancouver Boys and Girls Club to join us on this day but it is also open the public as well at no cost. There are 20+ acres so there is plenty of room for anyone and everyone. The next two dates Saturday August 6th and Thursday August 18th are open to supervised kids of any age again at no cost. We are hoping to provide round trip bus transportation from Marshall Center in Vancouver to camp Wa-Ri-Ki for these August dates. Would you be interested in a bus on July 27th, let us know and with enough interest we will consider it.

That’s right, a signal free opportunity to bond with your children, grandchildren, families, and other families while participating in activities aimed at involving and educating about our natural surroundings. You read that right there is no cellular signal…at all. This 20+ acre property provides ample forests and fields to spend the day exploring and enjoying the outdoors and each other. We will have arts and crafts, a mini hike, and some forest animals!!
